Classic follows region objectives

The supplied main menu labels Start game as Classic. Notes from earlier versions describe zones, guardians and a shrine; one recorded run showed Zone 1/3. Check the current zone, timer and objective in your live HUD.

Make room to fight safely before pursuing an objective. When a guardian or transition appears, follow its interaction prompt. We have not completed every current map, so there is no invented universal boss order or guaranteed route here.

Survival is the endless option

The menu explicitly describes Survival as endless. Notes from earlier versions describe elapsed-time milestones and bosses. A longer Survival time is a different goal from completing a Classic route.

Watch the displayed milestone, health, move slots and upgrade choices. Read event and portal prompts before interacting: conditions may differ by mode and patch.

A challenge is different from a capture

The League flow distinguishes completing a challenge from adding a member: a challenge can unlock an encounter, after which you still need to find, defeat and catch the Pokémon. Read each member’s current condition.

The screenshot shows 1/79 League members and 3/151 Pokédex entries. These are different counters. They do not mean you cleared one of 79 stages or that every Pokédex entry is playable.

After a failed attempt

Return to your League goal and read Lab descriptions before spending resources. Keep one partner, mode and region constant while changing one part of your plan.

Record the objective you reached, the main danger and one change for next time. Our notebook is separate from the original game’s saved progress.
